General Shipping Information

Shipment Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (U.S. & Canada):

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders within the U.S. & Canada.
  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
  • Expedited Options: Priority and 2-Day Shipping available with a surcharge.

International Shipping:

  • Shipping rates and fees vary based on the delivery address.
  • Delivery Times: 7-15 business days for the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand. Delivery times may be longer for African and Asian countries.
  • Carriers: We use FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australian Post, or regional couriers depending on the destination.

Additional Shipping Details

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • OSERM is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs policies vary by country; contact your local customs office for details.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • To conveniently track the status of your shipment, please visit our order tracking page at https://www.oserm.com/apps/17TRACK. Simply enter your tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email to view the latest updates on your order's location and estimated arrival time.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders:

  • Lost Orders: Considered lost if tracking never confirms package status as "delivered". Please contact us if your package is lost according to the criteria above.
  • Stolen/Misdelivered Orders: If tracking confirms "delivered" but you have not received your order, please allow 3 business days for correction before contacting us.
  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at return@oserm.com with your order details and photographs of the damage.

Important Notes:

  • We do not ship to PO boxes for security reasons.
  • For orders to APO/FPO addresses, additional time may be required for delivery.
